We aim to get your order to you as quickly and reliably as possible.
Dispatch Times
- Orders placed before 2:00pm (14:00) are dispatched the same working day.
- Orders placed after 2:00pm will be shipped the next working day.
- Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays).
Shipping Methods
- All orders are shipped via Royal Mail.
- Our standard service is Royal Mail Tracked 48, unless stated otherwise.
Paint Orders
- Individual paints are sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class Large Letter to keep costs low and delivery efficient.
Delivery Estimates
- Tracked 48: Typically delivered within 2–3 working days after dispatch.
- 2nd Class Large Letter: Usually delivered within 2–4 working days.

Returns & Damaged Goods
We want you to be completely happy with your order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can resolve it quickly.
- We will offer a replacement or full refund, including any applicable shipping costs.
Returns
- If you change your mind, you can return items within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition/packaging.
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened paints, used hobby products, or items not in resalable condition cannot be returned.
